Short 30 minute post championships lunch break recovery swim to start the fourth week of training with the Army group. We also went to the ice bath later in the afternoon for some additional recovery.
Like previous Mondays, we didn’t have any pool time in Magglingen but acted on this short session during our lunch break since we didn’t get to swim down on Sunday evening after finals in Uster.
