Quick Friday afternoon recovery focused workout to finish our first week of training. As in 2016, these first weeks will be a challenge with the basic Army training going on at the same time.
Two of our athletes were competing in Neuchatel on Saturday although, I’d personally rather would have them rest up. However, these are the “compromises”, we need to work into our schedule collaborating with their home coaches.
