Wednesday evening session for the National & Junior National groups with more aerobic work incorporating short sprints.
This first week we will be swimming Tuesday through Friday evening and conclude the start of the new season with our team’s Swim-a-thon event on Saturday afternoon.

500 w/fins as 100 free half human paddle & fist drill combo (50 each side), 100 fly kick on side
2×300 choice kick w/fins as 50 smooth, 50 strong, 50 FAST @5′
3×50 kick as 15 flutter tombstone sprint, 35 choice easy @1’15

Part 2:
300 as 50 fly 1-1-1 progression (full strokes no breath), free breathe 5, 50 back
4×100 free as 75 regular DPS, 25 w/fly kick @1’40 (+40″)
3×50 fly w/fins as 18 UW kick sprint, 32 one arm drill easy @1’15
50 fly w/fins DPS
Part 3:
6×50 free cruise @50″ (+50″)
4×50 choice kick w/fins @50″
