Part 1:
500 as 25 scull, 100 free fist drill, 25 scull, 100 free DPS
8×100 as 25 fly or breast, 25 double arm back w/fly kick, 50 free breathe 5 R15″
Part 2:
400 as 100 back, 50 scull, 100 back one arm drill (50 each; alt. 25’s), 50 scull, 100 back
12×50 as 1x fly or breast DPS, 2x free or back cruise R10″
Part 3:
300 as 50 free breathe 5, 100 back, 100 free breathe 5, 50 back
2×200 as 50 choice (kick-drill-swim), 25 scull R20″
100 as 50 free breathe 7, 50 double arm back
