Jul 10, 2022 – Swim Regio Solothurn

Optional recovery practice for the athletes qualified for Summer and Junior Nationals. The workout this morning was simply an idea (recommendation) – we also provided everybody the option to do what they felt was needed during those last days before the end of season championship meets.

Workout AM

Part 1:
5×200 S.K.I.P.S. R20″
[ free DPS w/open turns (glide past flags), choice kick, IM (or stroke) drill, ]
[ free w/pullbuoy, (25 SA-combo, 25 scull, 25 double arm back, 25 scull) ]


6×50 as 1x back, 1x free breathe 5 @55″ (R10″)
3×200 free (or back) w/fins & paddles @3’20

Part 2:
3×200 K.P.S. R20″
[ choice kick, free w/pullbuoy, (25 SA-combo, 25 scull, 25 double arm back, 25 scull) ]

4×50 as 1x back, 1x free breathe 5 @55″ (R10″)
3×100 free (or back) w/fins & paddles @1’35
