May 27, 2022 – Swim Regio Solothurn

Friday evening practice for all athletes across our “competition groups” not attending the first day of the meet in Basel. Just a short hour including some preparations with a couple of race pace and dive efforts along with some aerobic elements for recovery.

They were swimming at our outdoor pool this evening to get a feel for the upcoming long course racing after most of our sessions have been short course this week.

Part 1:
300 as 100 free, 50 back
3×50 free build & descend 1.-3. R10″ (@50″)
50 free as 35 FAST, 15 easy (can be from dive)

Part 2:
2×200 choice as 50 kick, 50 drill R20″
3×50 choice as 1x build, 1x smooth pace (400P), 1x strong pace (200P) R20″ (@1’10)
50 choice as 25 FAST, 25 easy (can be from dive)

Part 3:
5×100 free cruise R15″ (@1’40)
100 free breathe 5-7 by 50
6×50 back R10″ (@55″)
100 free breathe 7
50 double arm back easy (to middle & back)
