Sep 1, 2021 – Swim Regio Solothurn

Sprint focused Wednesday evening workout for the National & Junior National groups. Today we were finally able to train indoors again, however, needed to split the team in two training groups with one starting in the pool while the other did some dryland first as we only had a single lane available for the practice.

This is our last week training outdoors and thus only starting our week on Tuesday evening. With our indoor facility opening on Sept 1, we were able to start the morning workouts with the sports class on Thursday. Finishing the week with our first official meet of the season on Saturday.

Part 1:
300 as 25 scull, 25 back, 50 free breathe 5

2 rounds of the following:
75 choice as 50 drill, 25 strong build @2′
3×25 choice as 15 sprint, 10 easy @1′

Part 2:
200 as 50 free breathe 5, 25 scull, 50 back, 25 scull, 50 free breathe 5
4×50 free cruise @50″

75 choice as 25 drill, 50 strong build @2′
3×25 choice as 12.5 blast, 12.5 easy @1′

Part 3:
100 free or back w/fins & paddles as 25 kick, 25 swim
3×50 choice w/fins & paddles as 25 FAST, 25 easy @1′
100 easy w/fins as 25 UW fly kick (glide), 25 double arm back, 50 free
