Aerobic focused Tuesday evening practice for the Beluga kids incorporating some of our recent short-axis stroke work during the first part and mixing some “feel for the water” (sculls) between the cruise 50’s during the second half.

300 w/fins alt. free-back as 75-25, 50-50, 25,75
4×25 breast DPS (2″ glide) R15″
200 choice kick w/fins as 75 smooth, 25 FAST
4×25 fly as 1x one arm drill (12.5 each), 1x 1-1-1 (no breath on full strokes) R15″

Part 2:
4×50 free cruise R10″
2×25 scull
3×50 back cruise R10″
2×25 scull
50 as 25 free breathe 3, 25 double arm back w/flutter kick
25 free loosen as 12.5 chicken wing, 12.5 one-legged
