Tuesday evening workout from the Beluga group focused on basic skills (push-offs, underwater kicking, dives & lines) and some butterfly technique (for most kids this a “first” intro to fly swimming). We took time for feedback and “learnings” (by asking the kids questions) when needed and also for some of them to demonstrate (good) examples to the group.

100 back as 25 one arm drill (resting arm on side; 25 each), 25 regular
4×25 back kick (opposite arm positions) R10”
100 free w/pullbuoy as 25 PB at ankles, 25 regular
4×50 fly kick w/fins as 1x on side (25 each), 1x on back R15”
100 breast DPS (2” glide)
4×25 fly w/fins as 1x 1-1-1 (no breath on full strokes), 1x 2-2 (2 full strokes, 2 UW kicks) R15”
