Sep 17, 2021 – Swim Regio Solothurn

Pre-meet recovery focused Friday evening workout for the National & Junior National groups. We only spent an hour in the pool to get everybody home early, providing enough time to replenish and some “extra” sleep ahead of the morning travel.

Part 1:
3×100 free cruise @1’40
3×50 choice kick @1’05

3×100 free cruise @1’35
3×50 choice kick @1′

3×100 free w/fins & paddles @1’30
3×50 choice kick w/fins @55″

Part 2:
5×200 S.K.I.P.S. R20″
[ free DPS w/open turns (glide past flags), choice kick, IM (or stroke) drill, free w/pullbuoy, (50 scull, 25 double arm back) ]

3×50 free decrease # of strokes OR breaths 1.-3. R15″
2×25 choice as 1x no breath (UW kick, pullouts, or swim), 1x double arm back
