Tuesday evening session for the Beluga kids in Biel including two distinctive parts starting with a technique and “feel” block to set up for the short axis (butterfly & breaststroke) block and breaking things up with some longer kicking. For most of those young athletes breast seems much easier, however, we really had to work on “stroke length & lines” for a “clean & efficient” stroke while the focus for the fly is mostly on “rhythm & timing” (all they have to do at their meet is a 25, so we are not worried about doing a lot of “distance or repeats”).
