First day back after the Swiss Championships – starting our week with a short session using some of the “good feels & speed” for this post-meet “recovery” workout. It was an optional practice and we were missing a few athletes.

10×25 UW fly kick w/fins as 2x on side, 1x on back, 2 on front @45″
> side & front: 1x arms on side, 1x “streamline”
100 as 25 scull, 25 double arm back
3 rounds of the following:
50 free partner “monorail” push
2×25 choice perfect breakout & transition (12-15 UW fly kick + 2-3 cycles strong) @1′
