Last workout for the team before competing at the summer championship. Recovery focused Wednesday morning providing an opportunity to swim in calm before an optional “warm-up” in the competition pool in the afternoon.
I had such a blast watching the athletes compete and succeed. The results for the team were rather “unexpected” and certainly all the hard work of the last weeks laid the groundwork for continued success in the new season.

The downloadable PDF contains the workout details in German as the weeks leading into the summer meets were shared through Google Drive with different “assistant” coaches running these sessions while I was pursuing other opportunities and no longer on deck every day myself in the interim role.
