Unusual afternoon workout for the team this Saturday. In the morning we had to help the city collect paper for recycling. Hard work in the middle of our taper for the end of summer meets, so only a short “shake out” in the pool.
The downloadable PDF contains the workout details in German as the weeks leading into the summer meets were shared through Google Drive with different “assistant” coaches running these sessions while I was pursuing other opportunities and no longer on deck every day myself in the interim role.

500 w/fins as 100 free, 100 back (50 kick, 50 double arm)
8×50 as 1x choice (25 drill, 25 swim), 1x free breathe 5 @1’
300 free w/pullbuoy (paddles & snorkel optional)
2×100 as 35 free no breath, 15 scull (on back), 50 back R1’
